NYAI is an AI-assisted legal research and drafting platform. It indexes Supreme Court of India judgments, retrieves matter documents you upload, and generates first-draft pleadings using large language models. NYAI is a software tool — it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Output must be reviewed by a qualified advocate before being filed, served, or relied on.
You must be a practising advocate, an in-house counsel, a law student, or otherwise have a legitimate professional purpose. By creating an account you confirm you have authority to act on your own behalf and to upload the matter documents you submit.
You retain ownership of every document you upload and every draft you generate. NYAI processes them on your behalf and does not use them to train any model. Per-tenant prefixes in object storage and a per-user audit log enforce isolation — see our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use NYAI to (a) generate fraudulent pleadings, (b) circumvent court orders, (c) attempt to extract or copy our model weights, or (d) abuse the API in ways that would meaningfully degrade service for other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Large language models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect citations and reasoning. NYAI runs deterministic safeguards (verbatim-quote validator, good-law check, source attribution) but does not guarantee accuracy. Every output requires advocate review. NYAI is not liable for any judicial, regulatory, or commercial outcome arising from unverified use of its outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYAI's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. NYAI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.
You may close your account at any time from the billing page. We may terminate accounts on 30 days' notice (immediately for material breach). On termination, vault documents are deleted within 30 days; audit log retained for 7 years per DPDP norms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
